Cerita pasal this one old man umur 80 lebih, named Eddie yang mati dan after he died, dia akan terus kesyurga dan jumpa 5 orang yang sewaktu dia hidup, memberi impak yang besar pada hidup dia.
Contoh, orang pertama yang dia jumpa adalah "blue man". Lelaki gemok yang seluruh badannya berwarna biru, yang bekerja di circus yang eddie grew up with. So one fine day, sewaktu eddie kecil when he was playing a ball with his friends, bola dia terbaling jauh ke jalan raya. So he grabbed the ball, and happily went back to his friends. But, the happiness on his side doesn't mean the happiness on the other side sebab bola yang dia ambil tu menyebabkan pemandu kereta dijalan raya terkejut lalu hilang kawalan disebabkan oleh heart attack.
And who is the driver?
It was the blue man.
Take one story, viewed from two differents angles. The same day, the same moment, but one angle ends happily and the other ends badly.
Eddie even asked the blue man "what good came from your death"
And the blue man said: "you lived"
I criedddddd.
I also love when eddie met his wife as the fourth people he met in the heaven. I love not because im happy, tapi sebab aku sedihhhh hahaha. Sebab eddie ni really really reallyyy reallyyy missed his wife. Wife dia passed away waktu depa in their 50s. So another 30+years memang si eddie ni hidup sorang sorang. Depa takdak anak.
So waktu dia jumpa wife dia as 4th person in heaven, eddie tak berhenti bercakap. Dia cerita semua apa yang jadi etc.
And i feel a sudden sadness sebab you know the feelings of having someone out there that care for you and love you, you tell them everything
and boom
one day
they're gone :')
Saya dah pernah baca buku ni, tapi yang cover hijau. Sudden sadness tu real. My fav, part blue man dengan captain. Sedih gila, memang recommended kalau mata tengah kering hahah.
